Pontianak Egg Recipe That Evocative Your Taste

KABARBARU, CULINARY– Eggs are one of the animal foods consumed in meat, fish, and milk. For cooking, we can also create various kinds of creations. One of them is by processing eggs to make Pontianak’s exceptional food.

Ingredients :
- 3 chicken eggs
- 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- Enough cooking oil to make fried eggs
Sauteed Seasoning:
- 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
How to make :
- Firstly, prepare the materials.
- Secondly, make scrambled eggs/beef eye eggs.
- Third;y, heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, saute minced garlic until fragrant and golden brown. (Note. Use low heat when frying, so it doesn’t burn)
- Then, add the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and ground pepper. Mix well, cook for a while, and stir until it looks boiling and slightly thickened. (Note. Use low heat)
- Next, add the sesame oil, mix well, add the fried eggs, stir again slowly so that the soy sauce seasoning is evenly mixed. After that, cook for about 2-3 minutes on low heat so that the spices seep into the eggs. Then, turn off the stove. And last, lift and serve.
